Historic building – protected monument from 1389

A very bright flat on the first floor with terrace and three attic flats on the second floor, two of them with colossal ceiling heights of 7 m as well as gallery levels and one, flooded with light, with terrace and balcony, old brick walls and half-timbering dating back to 1389, as the dendrochronological examination of the old timbers revealed, are unique and take you back to the heyday of the rich Hanseatic city of Lüneburg. The impressive historical architecture has been restored and brought back to life with great attention to detail under the direction of architect Henryk Reimers from HSR-Architekten. Crull Exklusiv Einrichten was responsible for the stylish furnishings and creating the exciting contrast between historic and modern. Surrounded by old red bricks and plants, the tranquil courtyard is not just a place to relax on balmy summer evenings.
