Unique suite in a lavishly renovated listed building whose origins date back to 1389, with a colossal ceiling height of 7.5 metres – architecture that amazes and lets you breathe in the centuries – beautiful aesthetics that indulge all the senses. In a prime location – in the centre of the old town – in the immediate vicinity of Schröderstraße and Schrangenplatz with its many restaurants and cafés.
The suite for up to 6 people, located on the second floor (without lift), 2 bedrooms with two box-spring double beds (180 cm and 140 cm), one of which is loft-like, open to the living room, on a gallery level, with a beautiful view of Sankt Johannis and plenty of morning light, a living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, washer-dryer and microwave as well as a bathroom with south-facing window, bathtub, shower, bidet, double washbasin and heated mirror that does not steam up. There is also a small exit (1 m2). Bathrobes, towels and bed linen are provided.
Three car parks only 60m away, Neue Sülze 9, at the end of Obere Schrangenstrasse, 150m away, Auf der Rübekuhle, where you can park for as long as you like for a small fee, and free parking 800m away on the Sülzwiesen.

Miscellaneous:
- The flat is located on the top floor of a listed building, is unfortunately not handicapped accessible and has no lift. The historic fabric of the building restricts head height in some places and made it necessary to install small steps
